Can your cell phone be hurting you?

Many, especially young people, spend hours a day crooking their neck forward to look at their phone. This causes significant stress on your neck muscles, spinal joints and intervertebral discs. For every 15 degrees you bend your neck forward, you are adding an additional 10 pounds of pressure on your neck. So for many, this constant 50+ pounds of pressure is weakening your neck and shoulder muscles; preventing you from adequately draining your spinal fluid. This can lead to brain dysfunction and migraine headaches. This problem is widespread and will eventually lead to epidemic spinal disease and subsequent neck surgeries for a wide population.
